15 & 16 November 2024 - Double Tree by Hilton, Ahmedabad
Spices are an integral part of not just the Indian cuisine, but its history, culture and economy. The complex flavours and regional variations of Indian food do not come through in the absence of spices.
Since its inception, World Spice Organisation has focused on increasing the safety and quality of Indian spices. The past editions of National Spice Conference have helped spread knowledge on sustainability, food safety and quality and offered direct market links to farmers and FPOs producing sustainable and quality spices.
The theme of NSC 2024- “Sustainable Supply Chains- Way Forward” focuses on organization of spice supply chains to avoid resource wastages, and sustainability issues. Conference will also address Strategies for a biodiverse friendly farming, Quality and regulatory challenges faced by the spice sector, Viable funding models and Private sector engagement to sustainability.
NSC 2024 is being organized on a larger scale than the past editions and we are hopeful of bringing over 200 FPOs/ farmer representatives and 400 plus delegates to the conference. The event will also feature an expo and a farmer-buyer interface.
Join us in Ahmedabad for informative sessions delivered by renowned speakers, engaging panel discussions, innovative exhibitions, opportunities for networking and much more.
